Month 1 - Mindfulness introduction and practice, two written exercises, two 45min coaching sessions, and a guided imagery recording
Month 2 - Values, uncovering core values, two written exercises, two 45min coaching sessions
Month 3 - Needs, learning to listen to and speak to your needs, two written exercises, two 45 min coaching sessions
Month 4 - Boundaries, creating healthy boundaries, two written exercises, two 45 min coaching sessions
Month 5 - Acceptance, two written exercises, two 45 min coaching sessions
Month 6 - Compassion, embracing yourself with compassion, two written exercises, two 45 min coaching sessions, and a custom guided imagery session recording.
